Rulebook<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please note: the subsidy ZZP-Workshops closed on 31 December 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. This subsidy is available to self-employed individuals, clients, and organizations who wish to organize a workshop for self-employed professionals working in the cultural and creative sector (in accordance with the SBI code list<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You can request a contribution for the costs of a ZZP Workshop. In the application form, you indicate which themes you want to discuss.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The contribution is 75% of the costs (excl. VAT) of the workshop with a maximum of \u20ac2,500. If you are not liable for VAT, you can declare the costs, including VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Own hours may also be entered as costs. These hours must be accounted for, and the rate may not exceed \u20ac50, excluding VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The advisor you choose yourself is recognizable as a professional and independent advisor. By recognizable, we mean a Chamber of Commerce (NL: KvK) registration and\/or website and \u2013 in the case of financial advice \u2013 an AFM license and Wft diploma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. You can charge an admission fee for your workshop, but this may not exceed \u20ac15 per person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The contribution is determined by Platform ACCT on the basis of the completed application form and the budget (or the subsequent cost accounting) and will not change afterward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. If you choose to justify your costs afterward via a cost statement, you must send this statement to info@oogvoorimpuls.nl within 6 months after your workshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Applications can only be submitted via the designated website and only by the applicant himself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. An application can only be submitted if the date of the workshop is fixed. The workshop must take place within 6 months after submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. The application may be rejected if, in the opinion of Platform ACCT, it is not in the spirit of the subsidy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. You may use this subsidy multiple times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. After approval of the application, the contribution will be transferred to the applicant’s bank account within one month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Applicants may be asked to participate in research into employment conditions in the sector or within their own professional practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. The application may be rejected if, in Platform ACCT\u2019s opinion, it does not align with the intent of the subsidy. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
